If you are still in possession of a KeyCard (ski ticket), the Friends or Family Member Card, you can top it up via the Online Ticketshop. All you have to do is enter the KeyCard number, which can be found on the back of your Card and your ski pass will be topped up with the selected product.
If you purchase a new ski ticket, it will be sent to you by post. Please note the postal delivery time (5-10 working days).
Or use the pickup function (possible up to the 8-day ticket): You will receive a QR code by e-mail, which you can use to conveniently pick up your ski passes on site at any lift ticket office or ticket machine.
